Die Fingerfood Stremellachs Würfel werden frisch aus dem Räucherofen lose in Pergament Papier verpackt - ein unvergleichlicher Gourmet Geschmack aus kontrollierter Qualität!
Die Stremel-Lachs Würfel bezeichnet eine Art der Lachs-Zubereitung. Hierzu wird feinster Lachs filetiert und in Streifen sogenannte Stremel geschnitten. Diese Filetstreifen werden dann bei über 70 °C heiß in eigener Räucherei geräuchert. Die schonende Räucherung und die alt überlieferte handwerkliche Verarbeitung verleihen dem Stremel-Lachs seinen einzigartigen Geschmack, der durch die Zugabe erlesener Gewürze und Kräuter noch verfeinert wurde.
Abpackungsinformationen:
Das Stückgewicht unserer heiß geräucherten Stremellachswürfel liegt bei ca. 50 g. Fisch ist ein Naturprodukt, daher unterscheiden sich die einzelnen Fische in Größe und Gewicht. Den Nettoinhalt finden sie bei der Inhaltsangabe der jeweiligen Abpackung.

Aufbewahrung
Frisch aus dem Rauch wird der Räucherlachs von uns in Pergamentpapier eingewickelt. Sie können die Stremellachs Würfel dann im Kühlschrank 5 Tage aufbewahren.
Zubereitung
Der ofenfrische Stremellachs schmeckt hervorragend in Kombination mit einem dunklen Brot, Meersalzbutter und unserer Kalter Graved Senfsauce oder Sahne Meerrettich.
